Refund policy

      At AllWays Shop, we want you to feel confident with every purchase. Please review our return and refund guidelines below.

 


 

 Shipping & Delivery

  • Once an order leaves our warehouse, it is considered in transit.

  • Standard shipping time is 7 - 15 business days.
  • If an order is not successfully delivered within 45 days after shipment, we will assist with reviewing the issue.

  • Delivery carriers may attempt delivery 1–3 times. If unsuccessful, packages may be held at the local post office for a limited time.

  • Customers are responsible for claiming held packages.

  • Orders returned due to non-pickup or incorrect address may be placed back into inventory and are not guaranteed a refund.

  • Refunds or replacements are not available for:

    • Unclaimed or abandoned packages

    • Packages destroyed or disposed of by the carrier

 


 

 Damaged Items

  • Severely damaged items may qualify for a full refund or replacement.

  • Partially damaged items (excluding minor cosmetic imperfections) may qualify for a partial refund or replacement.

  • Fragile items damaged during shipping are generally eligible for a refund.

  • Damaged packaging alone does not qualify for a refund.

  • Damage claims must be submitted within 20 days of delivery.

  • Photo or video proof is required for all damage claims.

 


 

 Incorrect or Missing Items

  • If you receive the wrong item, we will offer a replacement or full refund.

  • If the wrong color or size is received but the item still functions as intended, a refund or replacement may be offered with proof.

  • Missing items are handled as follows:

    • If functionality is unaffected: Partial refund or missing part resent

    • If functionality is affected: Full product replacement

  • Missing accessories will be resent at no additional cost.

  • Size-related claims require measurement photos for review.

 


 

 Returns

  • Return requests must be made within 4 days of delivery.

  • For non-quality related returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Defective items must still be returned to qualify for a refund or replacement, and return shipping costs apply.

  • Items must be unused and returned with original packaging, tags, and accessories.

 


 

 Return Review & Refunds

  • All returned items are inspected upon arrival.

  • Items showing signs of use, damage, or misuse may be rejected.

  • Approved returns are subject to a $1.50 processing fee.

  • Refunds apply to the product price only.

  • Shipping fees, taxes, and additional charges are non-refundable.

  • Returned items may be placed into inventory rather than refunded, depending on condition.

 


 

 Return Authorization

  • All returns require prior approval before being shipped.

  • Returns must include a tracking number and be shipped with a reliable carrier.

  • AllWays Shop is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

 


 

 Uncontrollable Events

AllWays Shop is not responsible for delays or damages caused by events beyond our control, including natural disasters, customs inspections, labor strikes, epidemics, or international conflicts. Updates will be shared through our official channels when available.
